The staff went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, even accommodating my room change request for a better view of the Dasara procession. the ambience, rooftop pool, and restaurant were nothing short of spectacular, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. the attention to detail, from the comfortable beds to the efficient air conditioning, truly stood out. the environmentally conscious practices, like using glass bottles instead of plastic, showcased the hotel's commitment to sustainability. Grand Mercure's proximity to key attractions and thoughtful amenities, such as the play area for children and special tea stall, further elevated the stay. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect, and Grand Mercure undoubtedly sets a new standard for hospitality excellence.
